RETURN POLICY
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with Article 6.228¹ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must submit a clear notice by email:
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
the item was purchased no more than 14 calendar days ago
the item is unused and undamaged
the item is returned in its original condition and packaging
the artwork was not created according to a custom order or personalized request.
Non-returnable items
In accordance with Article 6.228¹¹ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the following items cannot be returned:
artworks created or customized according to the Buyer’s individual request
items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
items which by their nature become inseparably mixed with other objects.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned goods if they do not meet the above conditions.
3. Large-format artwork returns
Certain large-format artworks may require specialized transportation services.
In such cases, if the Buyer decides to withdraw from the contract and return the artwork, the Buyer agrees to:
independently arrange suitable transportation
use a professional transport service suitable for artwork handling
cover all return shipping costs.
The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation during the return process.
4. Return procedure
Before returning an item, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email:
The return address will be provided individually.
When returning an item, the Buyer:
is responsible for the safe shipment of the artwork
covers the return shipping costs
assumes the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
It is recommended to use a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds cannot be issued if:
the returned item has not been received
proof of shipment cannot be provided.
5. Refunds
If the returned item meets all return conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after the returned item has been received.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
6. Damaged or defective items
If an artwork arrives damaged during transportation, the Buyer must:
notify the Seller immediately
provide photos of the damage
retain the original packaging.
In such cases, the Seller will cooperate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
